Summary

This project focuses on the function and composition of soil microbial communities and their role in soil nutrient cycling under long-term elevated CO₂.

We have collected soil microbial DNA for metagenomic analyses, as well as PLFA data, enzyme activity measurements, and basic soil physicochemical properties.  Long-term sampling points include the years 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024.
